Student Service Team

Service to others is a core value at Donte’s Foundation. Each quarter we offer opportunities for young people to join our service team and give back to their community.

What you’ll do:

Student Service Team members act as ambassadors for Donte’s Foundation and get the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment that encourages creativity, connection, and community.

Student Service Team is responsible for providing a standout guest experience at Donte’s Foundation. They’ll be assigned shifts each week and will typically rotate between three roles:

  • Greeter: Greeters are the first point of contact for guests. They welcome students, parents, and guests into our space and guide them through the check-in process. Greeters have the responsibility of conducting health screenings for each visitor, which includes checking the temperature of each guest and relaying our safety protocols.

  • Front Desk Manager: Front Desk Managers oversee the check-in process for guests and answer any questions they may have. They also take on operational tasks like answering phone calls and processing retail sales.

  • Assistant Instructor: Assistant Instructors support the main instructor during classes for Donte’s Boxing Academy. They’ll provide one-on-one guidance to students as they do exercises during warmups and other drills throughout the class.

Assistant Instructors will learn how to teach basic boxing skills, be a leader that motivates and encourages others, and provide general support and mentoring.

All new team members will receive the training they need to perform each role.
